The strategy begins with spending time with your young children, creating the bond and then using the strategy of “questioning” to understand what they would do in a Problem Situation. Would you ask them as a lecturer? A tyrant? A domineer? A supervisor? No! You would ask them as a spiritual leader that has love and deep respect for his clergy. You would ask in the name of curiosity, play and fun!
