Message From The Sidhe, 11th of December 2023

The Otherworld is somehow connected to the world of young children. The Sidhe presented themselves, to me, through signs and symbols. Here is today’s message to you, from them!

“To heal yourself you must practice being courageous. Busy yourself with achieving your goals and realising you dreams. Push through the fears and self-defeating thoughts by doing. When you do this, you are bringing yourself back to a state of balance. You will be re-programming your mind through your actions.

The thoughts that stop you from acting are true! They are correct because you have understanding and empathy. You can see how things are likely to play out because you see how the world is. You can change the power of these thoughts by getting busy and taking action. Build up your strength. And when the realities of rejection and disappointment happen, they won’t be derailing, they will be empowering. They will become empowering because you are in motion, you will notice that they are just a slight bump in the road, not a roadblock. They will help you to recognise your own shock-absorbers and the power of your engine! It will feel glorious! Bad things that happen will become opportunities to choose how you deal with them. They may become fun. They will be the opportunity to build your character, heal trauma and release mental anguish.

Purity of spirit is a challenge that requires commitment. It is tedious work to follow your dreams. Your power awakens as you push through the work. This is a purification process that requires patience. The tedious work involved in achieving goals is where your mental health improves. It is a hero’s challenge.”

The hard part for me was to actually come up with some goals in the first place. I am good with coming up with ideas, I’m idealistic. So I turned them into goals. Now, I have so many things to do, that I barely have time for anything. I have to stick with my plan and do the tedious work. I don’t think I’m healed. I feel like I’m transforming. The more I improve my patience and work ethic (by doing the work and trying), the less my mind has time to be depressed and self-defeating. When I take time to stop and have a beer, my mind starts to try and send me back down on a downward spiral. It feels less and less familiar as time goes by. It feels more and more intrusive. I am putting distance between my old self and creating a new self. Thanks to having values, an understanding of Natural Law, I have been able to create goals that feel truly objective and worth pursuing. After all my years of therapy and self-help, who would have thought healing would be so simple as setting goals and putting the effort in to achieve them? I’m so relieved to know this, I’m curious as to how something so simple is so undervalued.
