Try a listening meditation on the sound of a swarm of bees. What do you hear? What else do you hear? What is your “inner voice” telling you? The ancient Egyptians likened the sound of bees to the voice of souls crying out. Is this literally true? I believe there is truth to this concept. The only way to discover the truth about our existence, and to understand the laws of nature, is by discovery. So this buzzing meditation is a way to discover our abilities to make otherworld connections and find our way.
