The Secret Kindergarten Radio Show for Young Children Ep. 108
The Vikings, while possibly holding conquest and domination in high regard, revered stories and storytellers. Where were children when the stories were being told? Were they put to bed early while the parents could have some “grown-up” time? Or were they included in more of the community activities? It is likely that the stories were for all to here and spoke messages that were to be received on many levels and by many developmental stages of human life.
